Westfield Restaurant Has Liquor License Suspended

The Westfield License Commission has taken the Panda House’s liquor license for 27 days, 17 of which will be suspended.

The restaurant was accused of serving nine underage people back in March. They will have their license suspended for three days for each one of those people.

They missed their original hearing in June.

Committee Chairman Chris Mowatt stated that the Panda House will lose their license for ten of those days.

The other seventeen days will be held in abeyance, meaning the restaurant will only have to serve them if they have another problem within the next twelve months.
