Newton Personal Injury Attorney

Attorney Jeffrey M. Simons is a partner at Fogelman Law, where his practice is focused on personal injury (including wrongful death, car crashes, slip and falls, sexual abuse, injuries from foreign objects in food, and other matters), as well as employment cases and general civil litigation. In personal injury cases, Jeff negotiates reductions in statutory and contractual liens with healthcare providers, insurers, and governmental entities (including Medicare and ERISA liens), allowing clients to retain a greater share of a settlement award or verdict.

Jeff recently prevailed in two jury trials in Suffolk Superior Court involving personal injury and employment matters.

When not practicing law, Jeff enjoys playing ice hockey, running marathons, traveling, spending time with his wife and daughter, and playing Frisbee with his dog.

About My Practice

As with the other attorneys at the firm, I am dedicated to helping people who have been wronged obtain justice and to deter future harmful conduct that could affect others. My clients did not ask to be injured or subjected to wrongful employment practices. Fortunately, with contingency representation, clients can retain highly experienced lawyers who will work tenaciously on their behalf and be on equal legal footing with big corporations, with no financial commitment for legal fees unless damages are recovered on the client’s behalf. While this concept seems simple, the practical effect is tremendous. You don’t have to be wealthy to retain us, or worry that if you lose your case, you will owe legal fees for the time we spent on it. If you have been injured by someone else’s negligence or subjected to wrongful and illegal treatment at work, I would invite you to call me to discuss your case.
