Attorney Jeffrey M. Simons is a partner at Fogelman Law, where his practice is focused on personal injury (including wrongful death, car crashes, slip and falls, sexual abuse, injuries from foreign objects in food, and other matters), as well as employment cases and general civil litigation.  In personal injury cases, Jeff negotiates reductions of statutory liens and contractual liens with healthcare providers, insurers, and governmental entities (including Medicare and ERISA liens), which allows clients to retain more of a settlement award or verdict.

Jeff recently prevailed on two jury trials in Suffolk Superior Court involving personal injury and employment matters.

When not practicing law, Jeff enjoys playing ice hockey, running marathons, traveling, spending time with his wife and daughter, and playing Frisbee with his dog.
