His alleged victim is a local man who says he was 14 years old at the time of the incident in 2010.
Matthew Feeney pleaded not guilty to the new charge of child rape and two counts indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.
He entered court shackled, arriving from Minnesota, where he’s been imprisoned for sexually abusing boys.
This alleged victim is local, he was 14 when he says Feeney, a family member, sexually assaulted him while staying in their Norton home in 2010.
The boys Feeney pleaded guilty to assaulting in Minnesota are brothers and former clients of his casting agency Walden Entertainment which he used to cast children in acting roles.
Monday, in court, he maintained his innocence, pleading, “absolutely not guilty.”
The victim’s mother told FOX25 in August her son and her family struggle with this every day.
“Whatever Matthew Feeney has to serve, he’ll be done and he’ll get out, but my son will serve a life sentence,” she said.
Feeney will be back in court for his trial, which begins Dec. 12.
